The content on this website is provided for information only. You may view and share it, but you may not copy, resell or misrepresent it as your own. All trademarks, product names and designs remain the property of AM Computer System.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping access to your account secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Expenso offers a free tier and a paid subscription at US$4.99 per month, including a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Subscriptions purchased on iOS are billed through Apple In-App Purchase and renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your Apple ID account is charged at confirmation of purchase and on each renewal. You manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings, not through us. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to access other users' data, no reverse engineering, no automated scraping or load that degrades the service, and no uploading of malicious or infringing content.

Expenso provides informational tracking, analytics and AI-generated insights based on the data you enter. It is not a licensed financial, investment, tax or legal advisory service, and its output must not be relied on as such. Always seek advice from a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important records; export tools are provided in the app.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AM Computer System is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, nor for lost profits, lost data or financial decisions made using the service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai, UAE have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
